Please examine photos. They are THIS item and are part of the description. I do not use stock photos or photos of other people’s items, unless otherwise indicated.
This is a patch from a large Miami collection. I am not sure what tie this person had to law enforcement but he/she had a large collection of patches. Most appear to be new and never worn. I am listing all of them as used/pre-owned because they are second owner. Please see photos for actual condition. If there are no visible flaws or wear there should be three photos. A fourth will show wear or flaw if any.
If you make multiple offers on multiple patches I will accept $10 EACH. One patch is $14.99.

here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as
new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of
given age.
If Free Shipping is offered it will be by the cheapest
method possible, for books that will be Media Mail. If Buyer is at all
concerned about the time it takes for delivery, please consider the option of
paying extra for Priority Mail.
